Founded in 2004, Tongchuang Haicheng is headquartered in Beijing with a registered capital of 11 million yuan. It is a professional company engaged in research and development, production, sales, and leasing of explosion-proof and security inspection, anti-terrorism and detonation, and nuclear and biochemical detection equipment. It is a leading enterprise in the domestic production of fluorescent technology explosive detectors and a member unit of the China Security and Prevention Products Industry Association. Zhejiang Tongchuang Haicheng Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2018 and is the production and research and development base of Tongchuang Haicheng in Taizhou. Passed IS09001 quality management system certification, IS014001 environmental management system certification, and ISO45001 occupational health and safety management system certification. Since its establishment, we have absorbed industry talents with a global perspective and formed a professional team with senior industry management and technical experience. As of the second half of 2022, the company has a total of 40 R&D personnel, accounting for over 20% of the total number of employees; The company has more than 50 people with master's or doctoral degrees, as well as overseas education or work experience, and the technical strength of the personnel is strong.

Since the establishment of our company, we have undertaken the security inspection work of previous National Two Sessions and Party Congresses, and have participated in the Beijing Olympics (2008), Shanghai World Expo (2010), Shenzhen Universiade (2011), Nanjing Youth Olympics (2014), Hangzhou G20 (2016), Xiamen BRICS Conference (2017), Qingdao SCO Summit (2018), Wuhan Military Games (2019), and Service Trade Fair (2021, 2022) Safety inspection work for major international and domestic summits and events such as the 5th China International Import Expo (2022) and the Beijing Winter Olympics (2022); Especially on the occasion of the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China, we undertook the security inspection work in the early stages of each station, providing strong and powerful guarantees for social stability and the smooth holding of important events.

In the past 5 years, the company has provided over 300 solutions in the field of public safety prevention, as well as more than 30000 pieces of equipment in various fields such as rail transit, railways, hospitals, public security, and armed police. The turnover has reached 200 million yuan, and the market share in the field of public transportation has reached 70%. To strengthen the deep cooperation with Taizhou Special Police and Ningbo Special Police, we start from the practical experience of public security, construct a police enterprise cooperation model, and actively apply practical guidance to product research and development and upgrading. On April 17, 2020, our company established Zhejiang Tongchuang Haicheng Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. On April 28, 2020, we participated in the land auction in Pengjie Town, Luqiao District, Taizhou City. On May 9, 2020, we obtained 38 acres of industrial land for construction as a production base for security inspection products; Among them, the construction of production lines for supporting explosive disposal robots is planned to establish integrated production, learning, and research bases with higher education institutions such as Tsinghua University, University of Science and Technology, and National Defense University, laying the foundation for undertaking national scientific research projects. At present, our company has cooperated with a research institute under the Ministry of Public Security to move the production of channel X-ray machines and vehicle inspection systems to this base. In the next five years, this base aims to achieve an annual output value of 500 million yuan, and strives to strengthen Taizhou's real economy with high-precision and cutting-edge industries, contributing to the construction of a modern industrial system.
